As part of the migration to SAP S/4HANA, Qintesi offers two assessment services: the first, a free report aimed at packaging a migration proposal to SAP S/4HANA; the second, an analysis aimed at deepening the migration scenario from SAP ECC.

SAP Cybersecurity Assessment
The SAP Security Assessment service offers a complete overview of the security level of the SAP architecture with evidence of any gaps with respect to the reference best practices.
The goal is to maximize security on critical functions to prevent unauthorized access together with the correct system configuration in order to reduce exposure to possible vulnerabilities.
The most common SAP security threats are:
System parameters configured incorrectly or completely missing;
IT critical permissions assigned to users in an extensive and uncontrolled way;
Business permissions assigned to users in an extensive and uncontrolled manner;
SAP standard users with unmodified default password;
RFCs that allow connection to the system from the outside or from other internal systems;
Custom code with vulnerability to external and backdoor attacks;
SAP Security Notes not implemented.
Our experience has led to the standardization of methodologies and logical security controls of an automatic, semi-automatic and manual nature relating to SAP systems (ABAP stack), in order to analyze the security status of the same and reduce their risks, optimizing their integrity and availability of the data.
At the end of the assessment phase, a complete report is released on the safety status of the SAP systems with respect to the best practices, with which the definition of the target safety level and the related corrective actions are represented.
Once the safety status has been reached, as required by SAP best practices in relation to business risks, it is necessary to automate the control activities also with the use of machine learning logics. Qintesi guarantees support in the implementation, in the use of the related SAP tools and in the definition of an ad-hoc remediation plan based on the specificities of the customer.
PNRR & Industry 4.0 Assessment
