Challenge
A major international player in the Pharma sector based in Italy approached us for a project in Digital Transformation. The client required the Qintesi team to optimize its processes and recurring IT application costs, with the need to prepare corrective actions to increase the productivity of its end users, limiting outsourcing to external vendors and/or continuous support services.
In this context, the implementation of the SAP Enable Now tool was proposed by Qintesi.
This operation allowed the achievement of a relevant simplification of all the training content to support user operations, thus increasing individual productivity. Through the functionality of the product, it was possible to make the consultation of materials more effective, including from the point of technological innovation, realizing a centralized and cloud repository of the client’s intellectual property.
Solution
The SAP Enable Now cloud-based solution was implemented by leveraging its three main components:
- Content Management: the platform for cooperation, learning and evaluation of content usage.
- Content Creation: the platform available in web and desktop versions for creating the platform’s training materials.
- Content Delivery: the platform for content support and distribution.
The elements developed in the solution refer to simulations, i.e., training pills that can be used in the form of:
- Demo Simulation: training videos with automatic advancement.
- Concurrent Simulation: training videos with sequential progression.
- Practice Simulation: video content in which the user puts into practice what has been learned, supported by interactive content.
- Test Simulation: video content in which the user practices what they have learned, without the use of additional content.
The Qintesi team successfully finished developing “standard” content for a specific area identified during the Discovery phase. It also completed training of the client’s IT users on all remaining application areas.
