With the implementation in our legal system of the IORP II Directive, as a new regulatory framework for the supplementary pension fund industry, Qintesi proposes itself with expertise referenced in the Risk & Compliance Unit to support organizational adjustments and the preparation of operating procedures in order to ensure adequate compliance with the provisions of the COVIP regulations.
In order to understand the implementation of the adjustments required by current legislation, in relation to the organizational and procedural structure of pension funds active in the supplementary pension industry, Qintesi submits to the representatives of the bodies concerned the compilation of a survey to deepen the thematic illustrated.
