The third Sustainability Report is now available, illustrating the company’s achievements in 2023 and its continued commitment in the economic, social and environmental spheres. The document, which was drawn up on a voluntary basis, provides a comprehensive overview of the actions taken and progress achieved, highlighting the integration of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) into the corporate strategy.
During the year, Qintesi consolidated its path of responsible growth, pursuing the Sustainability Strategy formalised in 2021. Particular attention was devoted to the issue of gender equality, which led to the achievement of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, a concrete recognition of the company’s constant commitment in this field.
Another pillar of Qintesi’s sustainable strategy is the concept of “widespread territoriality“, which translates into the desire to bring technological innovation to the entire country, supporting both large companies and SMEs in their digital transformation processes. At the same time, this model favours the attraction of new talent, enhancing the territorial proximity of company locations.
For the first time, the Sustainability Report will also be available on our website, in a move towards greater transparency and sharing.
