Challenge<\/h4>
  • Accompanying the customer in the transition process from the previous management system to <\/span>SAP S\/HANA<\/b>, optimizing and expanding the processes managed within the information system.<\/span><\/li>
  • Shaping the customer model<\/b> within the group’s SAP S\/HANA system, adapting it where necessary, based on the specific needs required by the type of business and regulatory bodies of the motorway system.<\/span><\/li>
  • Enabling customers with integrated <\/span>business process management<\/b> with the implementation of SAP modules Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Business Warehouse, Business Planning and Consolidation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Solution<\/h4>

    The solution implemented for the adoption of the group’s<\/span> SAP S\/4 HANA<\/b> system by the motorway company required a <\/span>complete overhaul of the company’s data model<\/b> to adapt to the management in place for the various modules involved in the transition, and required the management on the SAP system of an <\/span>additional set of information specific<\/b> to all accounting records, in order to be able to meet the requirements of the relevant ministerial bodies.<\/span><\/p>

    Ad-hoc planning templates were also built and made available on the SAP<\/strong> <\/span>BPC system<\/b> and a series of reporting tools thanks to the integration with <\/span>Analysis for Office and BW on HANA.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
